Jo will guide you through a gentle pole dance workshop designed to connect you to your body’s natural rhythm through somatic movement and breathwork.
Start with soft and luxurious floorwork that honors rooting, then move through low flow sequences that symbolize rising and blooming.
Whether you're a beginner or a more seasoned pole dancer, this workshop will leave you feeling open in your expression and confident in your movement. Each shape is a story that you can embody in your photoshoot with our team later in the day.

Continue your journey of self-expression with a guided floral arranging workshop led by our trained floral designer and fellow pole dancer, Lolo. Just as movement tells a story, each flower carries energy, symbolism, and beauty.
Learn how to thoughtfully select and arrange flowers to create a bouquet that reflects your personal growth and artistry. This experience is a seamless extension of the movement workshop, offering a creative and meditative way to honor your individuality.

Capture your essence in a breathtaking, guided photoshoot led by our incredible photographer, Jade, who is also a pole dancer and artist. This experience is designed to bring your journey full circle—merging the embodied poses explored in the pole dance workshop with the beauty of your bouquet.
Receive expert 1-on-1 posing guidance by our very own Christina and use your bouquet as a prop or let it complement your presence. This photoshoot is a celebration of self-expression, transformation, and beauty in motion.

SADA in Industry City! Just a few stops away from Union Square and Atlantic Ave-Barclays Center, SADA's gorgeous natural light really emphasizes the beauty of Spring and the full immersive experience of BLOOM.
The floral arranging workshop will be hosted across the hall in our communal space, offering ample space to create and socialize.
Industry City is home to an exciting array of shops and eateries, offering a great space to gather and replenish during your breaks.

BLOOM is on Sunday, April 27 from 12 PM - 5 PM.
Our location is at SADA (254 36th Street, Suite B520, Brooklyn, NY 11232). SADA is located in Industry City off the 36th Street stop, which is accessible via the N/R and D train lines.

If you’ve taken a few Intro to Pole classes, you are ready.
This experience is also great for seasoned dancers of all levels, as modifications and progressions are available.

For an intimate experience and personalized attention, we've limited this experience to only 12 spots. You'll share a pole with 1 other dancer.

Both the pole dance workshop and photoshoot are heels friendly! Heels are welcome and are completely optional.

You’ll have about 45 minutes to prepare for your photoshoot session. There will be plenty of space for you to get ready, but please bring your own mirror.
