Christina Loper
Pole + Heels Instructor
Christina Loper is a dancer, instructor, and performance artist based in NYC, with 25 years of dance experience and 3.5 years of dedicated pole training. She specializes in Edgework Technique, Low Flow, and fluid, slinky movement. With a background in performance art, Christina blends technical precision with creativity, encouraging students to explore their own unique ways of moving. She focuses not just on the "how," but on the "why" behind each movement, helping others connect deeply with their bodies and artistic expression.
Christina teaches at SADA and Everybody’s Nimble in NYC and has led workshops across the country. She has also been a guest instructor on platforms like Toni Walker’s Floating Through Spaces and Sammy Picone’s Patreon.

Coleen Van Mai
Pole Instructor
Coleen Van Mai is a Vietnamese-American dancer based in NYC. Raised in the Bay Area, she brings a diverse movement background spanning over 17 years, from competitive hip hop to burlesque, into her pole practice. Coleen’s life-long passion for dance as a means of celebration shapes her teaching approach, creating spaces where students feel empowered to explore their own movement.
As an instructor, she is known for her infectious energy and meticulous attention to detail. Whether working with beginners or seasoned dancers, Coleen focuses on strong technical foundations and experimentation to empower individual expression.
Coleen’s ultimate goal is for her students feel strong, radiant, and creatively inspired, guiding them to discover their inner voice through the art of dance. She teaches regularly at Full Circle Brooklyn and EveryBody’s Nimble.

Jo Sterling
Pole + Yoga + Aerial Yoga Instructor | Meditation Teacher | Wellness Consultant
Jo Sterling is a movement artist, yoga instructor, and meditation teacher dedicated to helping others experience the wonder of their own bodies. Originally from NYC, Jo’s journey into movement began in college 20 years ago and led her to complete a 200-hour yoga teacher training in 2019, followed by a 200-hour Meditation Teacher Training in the Gelug tradition of Tibetan Buddhism at Three Jewels NYC.
Jo’s approach to wellness is rooted in a holistic understanding of the body and mind. A former NCAA Division I athlete and lover of Haitian Dance, Soca music, and aerial arts, Jo believes in infusing everyday life with movement, mindfulness, and intention. After spending years at Google creating wellness programming, she now uses her experience to guide others in integrating physical and mental well-being into their lives. Jo currently teaches at SADA and EveryBody’s Nimble.
Whether through yoga, meditation, or dance, Jo is passionate about helping others embrace their inner strength and live more balanced, purposeful lives.

Floral Designer
Lolo is a floral designer and movement artist with six years of pole dancing experience. Her work is a celebration of sensuality, weaving the grace and power of movement into every aspect of her floral artistry. Inspired by the fluidity and poetry of flowers, she designs with a deep appreciation for their natural curves and delicate strength.
For Lolo, florals are a natural extension of the expression found in dance — whether through the movement of the body or the graceful flow of blooms. Her teaching invites students to explore the connection between body and bloom, infusing each creation with intention and sensual energy. Whether crafting a bouquet or flowing around the pole, she believes in embracing beauty, vulnerability, and the art of feeling deeply.
